How long does implementation take?
Most companies are operational in 1-2 days. Our team guides you through the entire initial setup process.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes, you can import customers, vehicles and drivers from Excel. We also have integrations with other systems.
Does it work on mobile?
CUBIO has native apps for iOS and Android for both operators and drivers. Everything synced in real time.
What if I have technical issues?
Our support team is available 24/7. You can reach us by chat, email or phone.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, there is no commitment. You can cancel your subscription whenever you want from the settings panel.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption, automatic backups and comply with GDPR.
What does the free trial include?
The 14-day trial includes full access to all Professional plan features, with no credit card required. You can invite up to 5 test drivers and manage up to 20 services.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade, you only pay the proportional difference. If you downgrade, the change will apply at your next billing cycle.
How does per-vehicle pricing work?
The base price includes the platform and plan features. The per-vehicle cost covers GPS tracking, the driver app and data storage for each active vehicle in your fleet.
Is there a commitment or minimum term?
There is no commitment. You can cancel at any time. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the month, and annual subscriptions keep access until the end of the paid period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA direct debit and bank transfer for Enterprise plans.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
When you cancel, you have 30 days to export all your data in standard format (CSV, JSON). After this period, data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
Do you offer discounts for large fleets?
Yes, for fleets over 50 vehicles we offer custom pricing. Contact our sales team for a proposal tailored to your needs.
Does it include training for my team?
Professional and Enterprise plans include online onboarding sessions. Enterprise also includes in-person training and a dedicated account manager to ensure implementation success.
How does technical support work?
Starter includes email support (48h response). Professional adds priority chat support (4h response). Enterprise has 24/7 phone support and a guaranteed SLA.
Can I integrate CUBIO with my current system?
Yes, CUBIO offers documented REST API and webhooks for integrations. Professional and Enterprise plans include API access. We also have pre-built integrations with Booking.com, Suntransfers, HotelBeds, Stripe and more.
